Role Overview

Primary point of contact for relocation customers a home sale benefit.  Counsel customers on home sale benefits provided by their employer and manage the home sale process through listing, inspections, appraisals, marketing, sale/acquisition and closing through effective coordination of suppliers, agents and brokers.   Ensure effective communication with the transferee to maximize sales. Ensure proper placement of marketing referrals within network where possible. Ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided.   

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive a high level of customer and client satisfaction
  • Counsel customers on Home Sale benefit provided by their employer.
  • Develop effective home sale marketing strategies by interfacing with Broker/Relocation Director to develop and implement Marketing Strategy
  • Counsel Customers on effective home sale marketing strategies
  • Minimize weighted direct home selling costs
  • Manage portfolio of properties to minimize days on market
  • Drive the use of Broker Network by identifying real estate brokers and placing referrals for Marketing.
  • Analyze BMAs, Appraisal, Inspections, Disclosures & other Market Data
  • Monitor offers and list price, considering client policy and in comparison, to BMA and Guaranteed Offer Price.
  • Conduct discussions with the customer to ensure the most effective list price and strategy
  • Analyze appraisals and homeowner’s disclosure statements
  • Review inspection and/or re-inspection reports to identify defects per client policy.
  • Communicate required repairs to the customer and client as appropriate.
  • Communicate title deficiencies (i.e., easements, encroachments) to the customer.
  • Review all inspection resolutions as provided by the customer to ensure accurate completion.
  • Ensure properties are listed in a timely manner
  • Ensure receipt of Broker Market Updates in a timely manner
  • Review and sign contracts and escrow agreements
  • Proactive communication with relocation consultant on issues and status
  • Negotiate sales within client parameters
  • Ensure system data integrity
  • Meet reporting deadlines
  • Schedule and facilitate monthly client conference calls
  • Respond to Account Management requests as related to Home Sale Program/Properties
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure proper acquisition of property considering equity, title clearance and deed approval.

 

What You Bring to BGRS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 + years real estate sales, appraisal or related industry experience preferred
  • 2 + years experience in a customer service
