Role Overview

BGRS is actively seeking a motivated individual to join our Technology Delivery team in Scottsdale, AZ. Reporting to the Manager, Technology Delivery the .NET Software Developer will be responsible for developing the systems and tools that company operations require to successfully execute business strategy/plans.  This individual will work closely with the development and project teams to complete deliverables in support of technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
 

• Design, Develop and Support Integrations 
• Design and develop software applications, services, tools.
• Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities
• Produce high quality code that meet business and technical requirements
• Participate in code reviews
• Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues
• Create deployment packages, installation instructions, and required change documentation
• Perform unit tests, develop and automate unit tests, builds and deployments
• Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products

What You Bring to BGRS

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant software development work experience in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience using X++, C#, VB.Net, .NET framework
• Working experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Web Services, API , REST
• Advanced skills with WCF, ASP.Net Web Forms, MVC, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery
• Azure / Cloud Experience
• Transact SQL and SSIS
• TFS 
• Experience configuring and working with Windows Server, Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2008/2012.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, and within a team environment
• Exemplary interpersonal skills
• Able to establish working relationships with a variety of personalities and skill sets within IT and the Business
