Role Overview

As a CRM Administrator you will contribute to BGRS’ success by championing the use of a recently redesigned the Salesforce platform across the organization. Successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a demonstrable experience partnering with business stakeholders to configure Salesforce to business needs. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, customizations, reporting, business analysis and maintenance of the Salesforce and third party connected applications.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for all areas of the Salesforce administration such as, but not limited to:
  • End-user support and issue resolution, user provisioning.
  • Security administration, data management, system configuration, customization, workflow management, reporting, and deployment.
  • Assessing issues and proactively making recommendations to improve performance and utilization.
  • Acting as a technology business partner to drive Salesforce’s evolution, including new functionality and/or new user group onboarding from business requirements gathering to configuration, deployment, and user training.
  • Building and maintaining system automations based on business need.
  • Enhancing, developing and maintaining report suites and dashboards to support business functions across the organization, including pipeline, activity, exception, data completeness and system usage reports.
  • Collaborating with functional SMEs to integrate related metrics and enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities across marketing, business development and account management functions.
  • Partnering across related functions, such as campaign, bid and IT management to support administration and/or integration of related marketing and business development automation platforms.
  • Enhancing, developing, and maintaining documentation of existing systems and procedures.
  • Establishing and maintaining training material as needed and provide user training.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practice.


What You Bring to BGRS

 

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with demonstrable continued education and skills maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Salesforce administrator role, preferably within B2B and/or Professional Services organizations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM software application in the context of sales, marketing, business operations and ability to translate stakeholder input into applicable configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze datasets, and communicate with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to work with and influence stakeholders across the business and at all levels, effectively analyze user input, and deliver user training when dealing with a range of technical abilities.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, collaborate, and manage multiple assignments to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding skills.
  • Strong plus:
    • Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation & Analytics.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with sales enablement and marketing and proposal automation tools.
    • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages.
