Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to update the Salesforce CRM system with relocation demographic data. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Development, the person in this role will support the Client Development department's objective of updating the Salesforce records with pertinent demographic data for all Fortune 500 companies. The intern will work to research, document and update current and prospective client records, and interface with a network of suppliers to obtain additional data.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the ongoing development and completion of records for current and prospective clients
  • Maintain and update company records in Salesforce
  • Partner with various departments to identify key contacts
  • Communicate with the BGRS supplier network to obtain information and update data
  • Ensure data integrity of existing and new data
  • Support a variety of projects and initiatives within the Client Development department


What You Bring to BGRS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some progress to an undergraduate or graduate degree preferred
  • Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Interest in data management and retention
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Some Salesforce or CRM experience is a benefit


What BGRS Offers

  • Compensation is approximately $15-20/hour dependent on experience
  • This role is expected to work approximately 30 hours per week in an office setting
