Role Overview
 

As a Digital Products Implementation Specialist, you will contribute to BGRS’ success by providing implementation and project management support to BGRS client services, account management, and business development team with the purpose ensuring the comprehensive and timely implementation of new business. This will result in assisting the organization to attain high client satisfaction / retention as well as providing a competitive advantage in the service and sales arena. Contributions will include providing innovation recommendations and consistency in all deliverables with a high attention to detail. The individual in this role must have the knowledge and initiative to work independently. In all responsibilities, work closely with all levels and departments in the organization to include Client Services, Business Development, Supply Chain Management and Client Accounting/Finance, and work with all regions of BGRS.
 

What You'll Be Doing
 

• Lead the development and management of all deliverables needed for effective implementation of BGRS technology as the digital products expert
• Be conversant on how the products work; be able to work with clients to assess product fit; help the customer envision how the solution could be utilized.
• Demonstrate digital products to clients and project team as required
• Contribute to and assist in the management of internal processes and resources to drive project development and implementation for new client transitions and special projects for existing clients.
• Work as part of a team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of processes to ensure that they are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with BGRS standards
• Assist in the development and coordination of knowledge transfers for client services in all regions servicing the client
• Identify incremental opportunities during implementations by providing information/education regarding services the client may not have considered
• Work with the team to identify and implement ongoing improvements to the transition process

What You Bring to BGRS
 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline or equivalent
• Demonstrated presentation and client facing skills
• Business acumen, analytical focus and attention to detail (superior e-mail etiquette, effective and polished communication skills both written and verbal, responsive to inquiries/requests)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technology priorities across all business divisions and shared service departments.
• Knowledge of applicable software design and development practice; programming techniques and systems; and language platforms;
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience preferably with GMS certification
• Understanding of standard domestic relocation and international assignment practices, policy benefits, and procedures considered an asset
• Proven ability in working in a project environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Analytical skills to determine root causes, develop solutions
• Understanding of sales, marketing, client relations roles and their inter-dependence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (word, excel, PowerPoint)
